Inland SoCal United Way Launches Enhanced Coordinated Care Referral System

An end of year Coordinated Care milestone for United Ways of California! Kimberly Starrs, CEO of Inland SoCal United Way and her teams led by Christopher Darbee, deployed the GetHelp Coordinated Care Closed Loop Referral System to cover 2 more CA counties, and over 3 million lives. Now, the United Ways CA 211/Data Interoperability Team (DxF), led by Zuleima Flores-Abid, with the vision of President Peter Manzo, have 4 United Way 211’s running Closed Loop Referral Systems covering 5 CA counties and over 7 million lives. Huge progress in 2025!

More to do in 2026, with 5 more United Ways in the pipeline, to cover 27 more Counties, leading to better Care Outcomes, Provable Outcomes for Funders, and Efficiency for Lessening Government Dollars.
