United Ways of California reached another Data Interoperability innovation milestone today (https://lnkd.in/gRrrrwA9.) Data Interoperability is a detail oriented, multi organization effort to pass JUST the right amount of data on a person, to help better coordinate social care for the least privileged.
We then need to establish precise specifications, unique to Care Use Cases. We were so pleased to be the first to work with Connecting for Better Health – the CA industry collaborative – on a referral data payload for Housing Support. A BIG thanks to Richard Kwong & Mitch Lindsay of C4BH, and to Scott Knaub of UWCA and Michael Cornew of Orange County United Way. Great progress.
